Have trouble (with embroidery) with the loops of the towel?
Teri Donovan Springer I use wash-away stabilizer on the face and regular stabilizer on the back.
Sherri Viers Wilkinson I use the wash-away stabilizer on the top of the towel and heavy tear-away on the back.
Tes Holmes Satcher I use some plastic type stuff on the top and a washaway/cutaway depending on if the towel will be used or not.
Sue McVicker I use any type (depends on thickness of fabric) that will stay with laundering. You must assume that at some point it will be washed, and a washaway will be gone and loops of towel will poke through. Once laundered it is as if you used nothing at all with only a washaway.
Sherri Viers Wilkinson I've never had trouble with the loops of the towel poking through after the towel is washed. I always increase the stitch density a bit. Not sure if that is why or not, but have never had this happen.
Suzanne Tolbert Bonasera I use 125% density if in Monogram Wizard Plus ( i think this is important for users having embroidery software), two layers of washaway on top and heavy tearaway on bottom.
